Bradshaw was an English artist, studied at the Spenlove school of art in London. Her main medium was oils and preferred painting still life and landscapes.
Between 1924 and 1945 Bradshaw was a regular exhibitor at the Royal Academy, London. She also exhibited in the New English Art Club and the Paris Salon. Throughout her career she was a very active member in the Society of Women Artists and served as the society's president alongside Laura Knight. She was elected a member of the Royal Society of British Artists in 1920 and the Royal Institute of Oil painters in 1933 and later a member of the St Ives Society of Artists which still holds some of her works.
