Francois Nicholas Martinet was born in 1725 - 1804 and was a famous artist and engraver during 18th Century.

These are a series of hand engraved birds.  They include a spectrum of birds both native to Europe, as well as from more exotic locales in Asia and America.  Among the species are hawks, eagles, blackbirds, woodpeckers, as well as tropical birds such as toucans.

They look great as a set and can be framed by us by us!
